Business Goal Tracking for Week 7 of 2022

In February 2022, I set three overall monthly goals and three weekly habits to help me meet my revenue and workshop enrollment goals for 2022. This is my accountability report for how I did against these goals between 2/12/2022 and 2/18/2022.

  2. Create lead magnet and sales page for prospective grad student webinar
  3. Consider how to expand tax products this tax season

  1. Stay on top of all communications with university clients, including creating workshop copies and financials
  2. Write and schedule promotional emails and Tweets for tax workshops
  3. Devote two hours to professional development

Week Overall

This was a great week because we had no childcare disruptions!!

Monthly Goal 1: Publish the postdoc version of my annual tax return workshop

Done as of last week!

Monthly Goal 2: Create lead magnet and sales page for prospective grad student webinar

I spent all of Monday working on the lead magnet and planning the webinar. Next week, I’ll finalize the sales pages and create the bonuses that I’ll send out with the registrations.

Monthly Goal 3: Consider how to expand tax products this tax season

I did a bit of work on this, but not substantial.

Weekly Goal 1: Stay on top of all communications with university clients, including creating workshop copies and financials

I met this goal! I think I responded to all clients within 24 hours, even.

Weekly Goal 2: Write and schedule promotional emails and Tweets for tax workshops

I didn’t need to send any promotional emails this week, but I did schedule all the Tweets so I met this goal.

Weekly Goal 3: Devote two hours to professional development

I’m not sure I got exactly up to 2 hours, but I did spend at least 1.5 on professional development. Through this work, I decided to bring a new contractor on board for admin work.
