Kyle and I are putting more effort into the advertising/making-money aspect of the blog. We’ve put up more affiliate links through some posts and created a page of the financial-type products we use. I sure am glad this month is over! I passed my prelim on March 4 and was fairly busy and stressed leading up to that date. Now I feel so much closer to graduation! EPF is now a Google Page Rank 3!!! We were a 2 for what felt like forever. This month we also saw a big increase in traffic and we are finally dipping our toes into guest posting and advertisements. Blog Statistics Update September – October 2013

This was kind of a weird month. Traffic was way down, but comments were quite a bit higher than usual. I find the comments more personally fulfilling, but for general blog growth (and getting more commenters) I want traffic to increase. Alexa also dropped a lot (that’s the desired direction) but MozRank decreased a little (not the desired direction).
